Carbon Monoxide Alarms a "Must"

Well from today it's a legal requirement to ensure all private rented properties in the UK have a carbon monoxide alarm installed. Not before time! It's long been known that this is a silent killer and for the sake of a few pounds, this could be a life saving investment for some.

Its also been a great excuse to have a very sociable afternoon whereby I've managed to visit all of my tenants in one go!!
